Terms of Service Agreement

Customer Acknowledges and Agrees by submitting source materials (Content) to Beacon Digital Video LLC for digitizing, editing, duplication, or any other reason (Processing) agrees to all of Beacon Digital Video LLC agreements and policies below.

Copyright Agreement
Client warrants that Content submitted to Beacon Digital Video LLC for Processing is not protected by a third party intellectual property or copyright owner; or if protected, the client has obtained permission of such third party to perform (Processing) of the (Content). Client also agrees to protect and indemnify Beacon Digital Video LLC (and its assignees) from any costs related to copyright or intellectual property infringement.

Content Policy
Beacon Digital Video LLC will make every effort to care for and protect your Content from damage or loss. Should damage or loss occur, Beacon Digital Video LLC (and it's assignees) shall not be liable for any such loss or damage (even if due to our fault or negligence) and that the client’s sole remedy shall be blank replacement media (if available) of same type & length. Beacon Digital Video LLC makes no other warranty and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from client’s use of our services. This agreement excludes specifically any counteroffers by client including (without limitation) statements of value in excess of replacement cost of a similar amount of media or requests for special handling.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Request for re-work must be received within 14 days of shipment or pickup date. Re-work will be done free of charge one time for mistakes made by Beacon Digital Video LLC. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (even if such purpose is known to Beacon Digital Video LLC). Any requests for modifications or re-work must be made within 14 days of shipment or pickup date; after that, your files are deleted from our system and changes would require starting the project over at the client's additional expense. (note: Basic level packages are not saved on our system at all and would require the source material again.)

Privacy Policy
Beacon Digital Video LLC respects the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your video/photographic content without your express written permission, other than as required by law.
