Terms of Service Agreement

By submitting source materials (content) to Beacon Digital Video LLC for digitizing, editing and/or duplication, you hereby acknowledge and agree to all of Beacon Digital Video LLC agreements and policies below.

Copyright Agreement
Beacon Digital Video LLC will not digitize, edit, and/or duplicate content that is copyrighted by anyone other than the client without written authorization that permission to digitize, edit, and/or duplicate has been granted by the copyright owner. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that if the content is copyrighted, permission has been obtained from the copyright owner to digitize, edit and/or duplicate the content.

Content Policy
Beacon Digital Video LLC will make every effort to care for and protect your content from damage or loss. Should damage or loss occur, Beacon Digital Video LLC will compensate with blank replacement media of the same type and length and free service of the same length as the lost content.

Limited Warranty
At Beacon Digital Video LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with our services. Since we received your instructions when you dropped off the project, and may have been working with you along the production process, we do not anticipate anything but happy customers. If however you are unhappy about the finished product, we will be happy to fix it for you. You must let us know within 7 days of picking up your project - after that, your files are deleted from our system and fixing problems would require starting the project over at your expense. (note: Basic level packages are not saved on our system at all and would require the source material again.)

Privacy Policy
Beacon Digital Video LLC respects the privacy of our customers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your video/photographic contents with anyone without your express written permission, other than as required by law.
